2023 Holiday Hours and Off-Peak Pricing Information

During this holiday season, Milton Hydro’s offices will be closed between Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, and Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024. Services will re-open on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, at 8:30 am.
Don’t forget that Time-of-Use (TOU) and Ultra-Low Overnight Holiday Off-Peak Pricing will also be in effect on Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26, and again on Monday, January 1, 2024.

New electricity prices for households and small businesses, effective November 1, 2023

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) announced on Thursday, October 19, 2023, that the electricity prices for households and small businesses will change as of November 1, 2023, under the Regulated Price Plan (RPP).
At this time the new electricity prices take effect for customers on the Time-of-Use (TOU), Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO), and Tiered price plans. Winter hours and Tiered thresholds will also take effect, as usual. The ULO hours remain consistent year-round.
