Milton Hydro Application for Service

Please note that it takes about 10 minutes to complete this process. You will be guided through a series of questions and pages where we will gather the required information to get your service started.

What you will need to sign up

We will need the following information about you or your business to open your account:

• Name of the customer to be billed
• The service address (where the service is to be supplied)
• The date connection is required
• Mailing address (if different from the service address)
• Lawyer information
• Owner or tenant classification and information
• Telephone number
• Email address (including owner email address if tenant)
• One piece of identification (Driver’s License, Ontario Photo Card or Student Card)

If you wish to sign up for pre-authorized payments, you will need to upload a scan or picture of a voided cheque.
