Milton Hydro’s Rates are Changing
On December 14, 2023, the OEB issued its Decision and Rate Order approving Milton Hydro’s 2024 distribution rates effective January 1, 2024.
The change in rates supports sustainable growth and innovation to the grid and infrastructure enabling Milton Hydro to provide superior service and meet the increasing demand for energy of the expanding Town of Milton community.
Below is a summary of bill impacts for Milton Hydro customers:

Residential Class Customers consuming on average 750 kWh per month will see their total bill increase by about $7.96 or 6.11.%.

General Service < 50 kW Class Customers consuming on average 2,000 kWh per month will see their total bill increase by about $19.30 or 5.99%.
