Closing Your Milton Hydro Electricity Account
We recognize that each of our customers are unique, so we offer several different methods to close your account. Be sure to plan ahead and allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for all commercial account closures. It is important to note that we cannot backdate a reading.
Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm to answer any questions you may have.
- Call our friendly Customer Service team at (905) 876-4611 and they will process your request.
- Go to your Milton Hydro MyAccount Online Customer Portal and access the Move Out Form in your profile.
- Electricians and Service providers cannot cancel an account for a residence or business they are working on and must arrange access to residences and businesses via our Engineering team, during regular business hours, at (905) 876-4611 ext 224.
- We can provide a letter of reference for your next electricity provider upon request.
