Since there are many circumstances beyond the control of Milton Hydro that can impact the electricity distribution network, we are unable to guarantee an uninterrupted supply of electricity or an assurance that voltages and frequency will be unvaried.

If you have incurred damages related to power interruptions or voltage variations, you have the following options:

  1. You may submit a claim either through your home or business insurance;
  2. You may be able to have your damaged item repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty, retail store extended warranty or credit card purchase insurance; or
  3. You may submit a claim to Milton Hydro. Milton Hydro will investigate the incident and will send a copy of the investigation report and your Claim to our liability insurer for their consideration.
