Have Your Say: Milton Hydro Customer Satisfaction Survey is Coming!
Every two years, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) requires local electricity distributors like Milton Hydro to check in with our customers through a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Starting Tuesday, October 14, some of our valued customers will be randomly invited to participate.
We’ve partnered with UtilityPULSE, a trusted third party, to conduct the survey by phone and email. Your responses are completely anonymous, and the survey only takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
Your feedback is incredibly important. The survey is an important tool that helps us understand your needs and perceptions, improve our services, and make sure we continue delivering the reliable electricity you count on every day.
The survey runs until the end of October, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who takes the time to share their thoughts.
