We’re updating our platforms to serve you even better! Please note the following:

1. Milton Hydro's website will be unavailable from Sat, May 30^th from 12 midnight – 3 am. This includes the Outage Map. For updates on any outages, please check our Milton Hydro X account.
2. The MyAccount online customer portal will be unavailable Fri, May 29 @4:30 pm – Mon, June 1 @8:30am.
3. The Virtual Assistant on the website will be unavailable Fri, May 29 @4:30 pm – Mon, June 1 @8:30am.
4. Access to account information via the Milton Hydro phone system will be unavailable Fri, May 29 @4:30 pm – Mon, June 1 @8:30am.
