Milton Hydro Appoints Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Innovation
Strategic leadership role to drive enterprise transformation, digital innovation, and customer-focused growth
Milton Hydro Distribution Inc. (Milton Hydro) is pleased to announce the hiring of Bhojnarine (“Ram”) Ramcharan, as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Innovation, effective June 22, 2026.
In this role, Ramcharan will lead the development and execution of Milton Hydro’s corporate strategy, with a focus on advancing enterprise transformation, strengthening organizational performance, and delivering increased value to customers, employees, and the shareholder. His mandate includes accelerating the organization’s digital transformation and enhancing its ability to respond to the evolving energy landscape.
Ramcharan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business results. He joins Milton Hydro from Comnet, where he most recently served as Vice President, Operations and Transformation. In that role, he partnered closely with the CEO to advance enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strengthen supply chain performance, and drive operational excellence. He is recognized for building leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Earlier in his career, Ramcharan held senior leadership roles at Spire Global and Rockwell Automation, where he led large-scale strategic programs, global supply chain innovation, and enterprise transformation initiatives within complex operating environments.
Ramcharan’s appointment strengthens Milton Hydro’s executive leadership team at a time of continued commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery, to meet the needs of a growing and increasingly electrified community.
