Exciting Upgrade Ahead: Your MyAccount Portal is Getting an Upgrade
Managing your Milton Hydro account is about to get easier! The upgraded MyAccount portal keeps the same name but is now powered by Engage360, and delivers an improved experience designed with you in mind.
Switching over is simple and secure: all customers with an existing Milton Hydro MyAccount on the online customer portal will receive email from "myaccount@miltonhydro.com" on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Once you receive the email, just follow the instructions to reset your password and you’ll immediately have access to all the new features:
- Real-time access to your customer and billing information
- The ability to access the portal from virtually any electronic device, including your smartphone
- Easy sign-in with Apple ID or Google Account
- Generation and consumption data displayed together
- An intuitive price plan comparison tool to help you choose the best option

- Your name
- Service address
- Milton Hydro account number
- Meter number
- Email address
