Milton Hydro’s 2021 OEB Scorecard
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) compiles utility Scorecards for all electricity distributors in Ontario to track how well they are performing year-over-year and how they compare against other distributors. Annual performance results encourage electricity distributors to continually seek ways to improve their performance and to provide high value for money and reliable service to their customers. The results also provide customers with a transparent overview of how their electricity distributor is performing and assess for themselves the value of the service received.
Milton Hydro’s 2021 Scorecard measures performance in four critical areas:
1. Customer Focus
2. Operational Effectiveness
3. Public Policy Responsiveness
4. Financial Performance
