Important Notice Regarding Canada Post Service Disruption

Canada Post may soon be experiencing a labor disruption as of November 15, 2024, that could affect mail delivery for Milton Hydro customers. We’re reminding customers that it’s important to stay on top of bill payments, ensuring their bills are paid by the due date.
 
  • Milton Hydro MyAccount Online Portal for Residential and Small Business Customers - You can view your consumption, pay and view bills, and sign-up for account notifications all through this powerful, mobile-friendly tool. Click here to access the portal.
  • Milton Hydro Website ChatBot -  Milton Hydro's NEW ChatBot launches on November 7 and takes everything customers love about Milton Hydro’s online MyAccount Customer Portal and makes it accessible via the website. Through the chatbot, customers gain access to their accounts wherever they are, with the power to pay bills, subscribe to paperless billing, check their usage and more. Click here to find out more.
  • Paperless Billing -  When signed up for paperless billing, an email notification will be sent whenever a new bill is generated. It’s free and simple. Click here to sign up. Existing paperless billing customers will continue to receive eBills.
  • Pre-Authorized Debit Plan - Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Plans allow for payments to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account. Two options are available: a Basic Plan and a Budget Billing Plan. To learn more about these plans, click here. To register for PAD, click here.
  • On-site Drop Box - Cheques payable to Milton Hydro can be dropped off at the deposit box: Milton Hydro Office: 200 Chisholm Drive, Milton, ON, L9T 3G9.
  • Telephone/Internet Banking - We have arrangements with local banks and trust companies that allow customers to pay their utility bill over the telephone or Internet. Milton Hydro then receives the payment advice within two (2) business days and payment is applied to your account on the date the advice is received.
  • Payment Via your Financial Institution - Milton Hydro has arranged, with most major financial institutions, to accept payment at their local branch offices. You will need the remittance stub of your Milton Hydro bill to pay this way. Please allow extra time for the payment to be received at our office.
