Customer Satisfaction Survey

Milton Hydro is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey beginning August 14th and ending on September 16th.  UtilityPULSE, an opinion research company, will be calling random customers to conduct a short 10 minute interview to assist Milton Hydro in their efforts to improve the service they provide to their customers.
