Milton Hydro typically applies for a full review of its rates every five years. This review reflects changes in Milton Hydro’s Capital expenditures and operating costs since its last full review in 2011. Rate changes for the years in between are made by applying a formula that is tied to inflation and other factors intended to promote efficiency.
