2020 OEB Scorecard
Annually, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) compiles a Scorecard to measure Milton Hydro’s performance in four critical areas:
1. Customer focus
2. Operational effectiveness
3. Public policy responsiveness
4. Financial performance
The scorecard has been developed as a tool that provides customers with a better understanding of how well their electricity distributor is performing. It is also designed to promote utilities in Ontario to operate efficiently. That means looking for ways to improve productivity, focusing on improvements that their customers value, and tracking how well they are performing compared to other electricity distributors.
